2012.06.19 Master Sujit送給我了一段相當珍貴的話… thank you so much, Master~
六月中的一段日子,和現在此時的這段日子,
對於開開心心學瑜珈的葳兒來說,竟然會讓我在心裡覺得辛苦~
感謝有瑜珈,我只是需要花時間消化掉這一課,一切就又美好不已囉。
那一天似乎下著雨,Master Sujit看到我失落又難過, 好意外的,送給我了這段話;
這段話讓我好珍惜~ 我幾乎每天都看一下,感受到平靜又滿足。

“Do not worry n get panic.
不用擔心並因此覺得痛苦。
The world n time never stay same everything unstable.
世界和時間不會永遠停留在同一件事情(時間點)而不前進。
But u can keep yr mind stable and give the space to everything flow easy.
但你可以讓自己的心境維持平和穩定,讓所有的事情順其自然。
So carry more happy moments then u can happy more longer.
所以要給自己多一些快樂的時光,這樣你的快樂就能長長久久。
If carry sadness then how u able to enjoy happiness.
如果總是憂傷,這樣你如何享受快樂呢?
And everybody hv to work and care the responsibility.
每個人都必須工作並承擔責任,
This is our karma (action) or duty of our life.
這是我們對生活(生命)的使命(karma),
Without it we can’t lead our life.
少了使命我們的生命就無法繼續前進。
So just keep patient and stay calm
所以要有耐心,維持平靜的心,
then this time pass very smooth even u not feel when it come n gone.
這樣你就可以很平和地度過,甚至感受不到時光的流逝。
And u still steady with the happy yoga life.
你依舊可以享受快樂的瑜珈生活。
All gd things come to u. Gd day.
所有好的事情都會發生在你身上。祝你有個愉快的一天。”
對我來說這是一段,彌足珍貴的話~
希望這段話也可以帶給不同的朋友,在辛苦的時候仍然能覺得心緒安穩。
有時候朋友或陌生朋友會問我老師如何,每次如果有問到或是介紹到Master Sujit,
我的腦子總是會先一片停頓,彷彿難以一下整理出他最大的特色,然後有好幾次我都從這句話說起:
「Master Sujit想要教給我們的,不只是體位法而已。」: )

Master Sujit在FB發表一段說一天做15分鐘的瑜珈練習可以讓一個人變美麗又有魅力,於是有同學就問真的可以嗎?
Master Sujit非常有耐心打了很長一段~
「Yes 15 minutes of yoga practice everyday can make one become charming and beautiful. And it is wonderful. And increase the duration of your practice two to three hours. But it’s depend the way of your practice and course. If you make your practice in balance way like few pawanmuktasana movements then few therapeutic asanas. Some pranayama and then sit in meditation then you can.
even you feel this is not enough time. And this all done continue in a sequence and once in a day not the whole day inly practice asanas, then it is helpful and beneficial.
But here most of the students practice many time in a day or whole day only practice asanas. Even not continue,
Continue practice is good and one or two time in a day if only practice the asanas. And should 6-8 hours gap between your two course in a day. Then your body find enough rest and energy during your practice and realize maximum benefits from it.
During the practice of asanas our body inner muscles,organs and joints stretched. And make our systems active. Some posture make blood circulation high. In this way our inner body and it’s functions keep healthy and balance. But during the practice of asana stretching the body muscles, joints and organs to creat natural gaps and make free to flow the energy or prana and blood. But it’s also make the extra space in the muscle’s layer and some tiny ligament break or pulled that body recover it self during testing time after the practice.
And in this way you increased your space, flexibility and strength. so as you practicing and then relaxing, body start to there work itself. And it’s need few hours. But before it recover the body and make perfect or energetic, some student go next class and hurt his/ her self.
It’s also the way to loose there flexibility, strength, and get mental tiredness
So practice one or twice in a day is gd.
2 or 3 hours at a time in a day with all groups of asanas, pranayama and meditation.」

「是的,每天15分鐘的瑜珈練習可以讓一個人變美麗又有魅力。這是很棒的一件事。你可以隨著練習慢慢地增加到每天兩到三個小時。但這要依據你的練習方式與選擇的課程調整。如果你的練習是均衡循序漸進式,例如先做一些暖身的溫和運動,然後再做一些療癒體位法以及練習幾種呼吸法,最後靜坐冥想,那麼你可以一天練習兩到三個小時。
你可以每天一次循序漸進地根據上述的方式練習,而不要整天都只練習體位法,這樣的方式是有助益的。
但有很多學生一天練習很多次,或是一整天都只練習體位法,雖然中間可能有短暫休息。持續的練習是好的,但如果你只練習體位法最好是一天一到兩次,並且兩堂課程之間必須間隔六到八個小時。這樣你的身體才有足夠的時間修復並恢復體力以應付體位法的練習,這樣才能從中獲得最佳的效果。
練習體位法時,我們的身體肌肉、器官與各部位的關節都伸展運動到,這讓我們的身體系統動起來變得有活力。有些體位法可促進血液循環,我們的身體系統可以因此健康平衡地運作。體位法的練習伸展到我們的身體肌肉、關節與器官,讓肌肉與關節間產生自然的間隙,體內的血液、能量與氣能自由流動,但同時也讓肌肉與肌肉之間產生多餘的空隙,因此有些較細微的韌帶會破裂或被過度伸展,練習過後身體需要時間自我修復療癒。如果身體有適度的休息,你就能恢復到最佳的狀態並因此獲得能量,身體的柔軟度與彈性也會變得更好。但有些人上完一堂課後,沒有休息就繼續上下一堂課,這樣很容易讓自己受傷。這樣也會讓身體失去適當的柔軟度與彈性,並且讓精神疲憊。因此一天練習一到兩堂課是適度的練習。如果是兩到三個小時的練習,最好要結合體位法、呼吸法與靜坐冥想等不同內容的練習。」
(現在再看一次這段話…我覺得好感動…他是這樣把所有對學生好的事情,一一的、不遺漏任何細節的,這樣告訴我們~)
